Hi! I’m Gena. Welcome to Gains With Gena. In February of 2022, I made the impulsive decision to go to the gym. I was tired of being insecure of having no butt, zilch. I did the math, and if I managed to save $45 a day I could’ve afforded a very, very, cheap BBL… after exactly a year of Saving. I figured, let’s give working out a try first. WOW, did that one whimsical decision change my life drastically. I instantly fell in love! The gym instantly became a safe haven, a second home for me. I lucked out. At the first gym I attended, so many of the people going were coaches, trainers, or had years of experience under their belts. I was so fortunate to meet so many pepole who offered their guidance or advice. That gym as a whole became my family. It became clear early on I had discovered my passion. It became clear early on that just me showing up to the gym and posting it made in impact on those around me as well. Thank you for believing in me, I hope together we can get gains!
